Secret School of Sound is a sound training centre offering Ableton Live courses, Logic Pro courses and DJ classes in Dublin city centre. Based in our studio above the Twisted Pepper on Middle Abbey Street, our music courses are taught by respected industry professionals. What’s more, our classes are extremely competitively priced, with a 10% student discount and grants available for unemployed applicants.

Our Ableton Live classes and Logic Pro classes take place in The Suite, a fully equipped audio production and education suite housed in the Twisted Pepper building in Dublin city centre.

Our DJ Courses are held in the Basement venue of the Twisted Pepper, where students learn to DJ and practice on one of Ireland’s best club sound systems. You’ll be standing in the footsteps of legendary DJs including Carl Craig, DJ Yoda and Ben Klock to name a few, and who knows, your name could end up on that list too…

Our students receive 10 hours classroom tutoring as standard, with extra time before every class dedicated to helping students one-to-one with specific questions and issues. On top of this, students of our Ableton courses, Logic Pro courses and DJ classes also receive free access to our unique Online Student Area, including:

• Support outside of class hours: Students can schedule face-to-face online support with their tutor via Skype Screen Sharing. Screen sharing not only allows you to show the tutor exactly what you’re talking about, it allows us to demonstrate what needs to be done in real time.

• Access to our online Q&A wall: Any questions? Post them on our Q&A Wall and have them answered by our practicing professionals. Every answer stays up on the wall, so our database grows with every question you ask.
